DELIVERY OF COSTUMES AROUND NZ:

Purchase order delivery

All stock is in NZ!

Same day sending for orders before 2:30pm.
Contact us if urgent, as we may be able to arrange a later send.

Only $8 for flat rate standard delivery of purchase items.
Or $12 for overnight target express.
Delivery is working days only. Do not expect Saturday delivery.

Obviously overnight target delivery time cannot be guaranteed by the courier and is only a targeted guideline.

Purchase items are not signature required on delivery.
(A signature can cause delays for you, if the courier takes it away for a day)
If you do want signature required, ask before ordering.

Hire order delivery

Around $8 one way, but depends on the costumes bulk and accessories if any.

We keep the shipping charges as low as possible and will combine delivery for multiple costumes where possible.

Just click the Add To Hire Quote button found in the description of your costume.

To return a hire costume after use:

Please don't wash it.

Most returns are with the included Courier Post bag or box label.
Please use this link to book your pickup when your parcel is ready for them.

We don't charge extra if an item needs washing on it's return, unless it is seriously stained.

If it has been damaged, lost or destroyed, contact us before sending your order back.

Extra charge of $10 per day will apply, if costume is not sent back on the day agreed.
